Block 01Money in
The whole deposit takes place in two windows: the Springbok cashier and your own wallet app. Keep both open and work through them in this order.
Sign in and open the cashier
Log in to your Springbok account and tap the cashier. Every deposit, coupon and withdrawal runs from there.
Redeem a coupon if you want one
Type the code into Redeem Coupon first. The T&Cs say a coupon is redeemed in the cashier's Redeem Coupon section before depositing and cannot be added to a deposit afterwards 2. No bonus wanted? Skip this step.
Pick Bitcoin, not Lightning
Choose the plain Bitcoin option. If the cashier also shows a Lightning button, that is a separate route with its own limits, covered in the guide to the other coins.
Enter a rand amount of R250 or more
The cashier asks for rand, not coins. Anything below R250 is under the banking page minimum 1.
Copy the payment details the cashier shows
Use the address or QR code from this deposit screen only. Do not reuse an address from an older deposit, a screenshot or a chat message.
Send from your wallet and wait for the rand credit
Confirm the transfer in your wallet, then return to the cashier. The balance appears in rand once Springbok has registered the coins.
Block 02Minimums
Bitcoin has the highest floor of the four deposit methods on Springbok's banking page 1. In return it is the only one of them that also works in the other direction: the published withdrawal routes are Bitcoin and Wire Transfer 1.
No maximum Bitcoin deposit is published on any Springbok page we read, so if you plan a large top-up, ask support or watch for a limit message in the cashier.

Block 03Credit
Springbok's banking page puts the word “instant” next to Bitcoin, the same label it gives card and EFT deposits 1. The banking page uses “instant” for the casino's side of the job; it does not say how many network confirmations it waits for.
Your side is the Bitcoin network. A transfer has to be picked up and confirmed before any receiver can count it. A wallet that lets you choose a low fee can make that wait longer.
So plan the deposit before a session rather than in the middle of one. If the cashier still shows nothing after a reasonable wait, keep the transaction ID from your wallet and give it to support instead of sending the payment a second time.

Confirmation count, conversion terms and a Bitcoin deposit maximum do not appear on the banking page or in the T&Cs. The cashier screen is the only place to read them.
Block 04Costs
The banking page lists no deposit fee for Bitcoin 1. The network fee is a different cost: your wallet or exchange charges it to move the coins, and it never reaches Springbok.
Some wallets add that fee on top of the amount you type; others take it out of it. If yours takes it out, the casino receives less than you entered, and a payment sized exactly at R250 can fall short of the floor. Leave a small margin.
Block 05Codes
Springbok says SPRINGBOK100 works from a R25 deposit 3, so on Bitcoin the method's floor, not the coupon's, decides the smallest qualifying amount. At R250 the 100% match adds R250, and you then play R15,000 through before a payout (30x the deposit plus bonus 2).
While a bonus is active, keep each bet at R100 or less 2. And if a withdrawal is still pending, the T&Cs hold back new bonuses until it is processed or cancelled 2, so a top-up made while you wait for a payout may not attract a code.
After the first deposit, SPRINGBOK50 covers the second and third, again entered before the coins move.
Prefer no bonus? Then skip the coupon. A plain deposit has to be wagered once before it can be withdrawn 2, with no extra wagering on top.

Paying in with crypto changes your first withdrawal. Before any payout you will be asked for a photo holding the ID if crypto was used along with the usual ID and address papers 4, and the T&Cs say withdrawals usually go back to the original deposit method 2. Upload the documents through Account Verification while you wait for the deposit to show, and the check is out of the way before you need it.
