Springbok Casino Bitcoin withdrawal: from balance to wallet
A Springbok Casino Bitcoin withdrawal starts at R500 1; Springbok says one request can go up to R25,000 2, and the T&Cs cap payouts at R25,000 a week 3. Requests are processed Monday to Friday, starting 48 hours after you submit, and only once your ID, proof of address and a photo of you holding the ID are approved 4.

Block 01Money out
Requesting a Bitcoin withdrawal at Springbok
Send your documents first
Upload a colour copy of the front and back of government-issued photo ID with full name, proof of address no older than 90 days and a photo of you holding that ID, using the cashier's Account Verification link 4. South African driver's licences not accepted.
Play your deposit through once
Deposits must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal request is accepted 3.
Finish any bonus wagering
With a coupon active, complete its wagering before you ask for a payout; the bonus terms decide what you may keep.
Choose Bitcoin and enter the rand amount
Open the cashier's withdrawal tab, pick Bitcoin and enter at least R500, keeping the request within R25,000 (Springbok says) 2.
Paste an on-chain Bitcoin address you control
Copy it straight from your own wallet's receive screen and compare the first and last characters before you submit.
Submit and leave it alone
Processing begins 48 hours later, on Monday to Friday only 4. Keep playing money and withdrawal money apart while you wait.
Block 02Limits
Bitcoin withdrawal limits: per request and per week
Three numbers shape every payout. The floor of R500 is on Springbok's banking page for both payout routes 1. The per-request ceiling of R25,000 comes from Springbok's articles, which also mention no fee from the casino 2. The weekly cap of R25,000 is in the T&Cs, which add that the casino can change this limit 3.
The ceiling and the weekly cap are the same figure, so in practice one maximum-sized request uses the whole week. A larger balance leaves in weekly slices.

Block 03Before the first payout
The photo-with-ID check for crypto accounts
Springbok's withdrawal page says verification must be approved before anything is paid 4. For an account that used crypto, the list gets one item longer: a photo holding the ID if crypto was used 4. In plain terms, a clear photo of your face next to the same ID document you uploaded, with the details readable.
Until that approval comes through, no request moves into processing, so upload early. For a screen-by-screen upload, see this account verification walk-through.
- ID: a colour copy of the front and back of government-issued photo ID with full name.
- South African driver's licences not accepted, so use a passport or ID card.
- Proof of address dated within 90 days.
- A photo of you holding the ID, because crypto was used.
- Possibly more: card or eWallet proof may be requested.
Block 04Timing
Processing: Monday to Friday, starting 48 hours later
The withdrawal page gives one firm rule: requests are processed Monday to Friday, and processing begins 48 hours, or two business days, after the request 4. The table applies that rule to the day you ask. It is our reading of the rule, not a Springbok timetable, and it shows the earliest day processing can begin, not when coins reach your wallet.
| You request on | Earliest processing start |
|---|---|
| Monday | Wednesday |
| Tuesday | Thursday |
| Wednesday | Friday |
| Thursday | Monday |
| Friday | Monday or Tuesdaydepends on whether the wait counts hours or business days |
| Saturday or Sunday | Monday to Wednesdaysame uncertainty |
Conflict
Springbok's pages disagree on payout times
The banking page and Springbok's articles quote different payout times 1, so we repeat neither. Count on the processing rule above and treat any arrival time as unknown.
Block 05Troubleshooting
Why a Bitcoin withdrawal can stall
Most delays trace back to one of the rules above rather than to the Bitcoin network. Run down this list before you contact support.
- Documents uploaded but not yet approved, or the photo with your ID missing.
- The deposit not yet wagered once.
- A bonus still running, with wagering left to do.
- A request below R500 or above R25,000.
- This week's R25,000 already used by earlier payouts.
- A Lightning invoice or another coin's address pasted instead of an on-chain Bitcoin address.
One more rule worth knowing: while a withdrawal is pending, Springbok does not give you new bonuses until it is processed or cancelled 3.
Block 06Rand to coins
A rand balance paid out as Bitcoin
Your winnings sit in rand 1, and the limits are counted in rand. Bitcoin is only how the money travels. The number of coins that arrives depends on the conversion when the payout is made, and Springbok's pages do not publish those terms, so it can differ from the coins you sent in.
Wire Transfer is the only other published route 1. The T&Cs say withdrawals usually go back to the original deposit method 3, so if you paid in with Bitcoin, plan on Bitcoin coming back.
Paid in with something other than plain Bitcoin? The guide to other crypto at Springbok covers what is and is not published for Lightning and the other coins. The deposit side of this route is in the Bitcoin deposit guide.

Block 07Keep it
Treat a withdrawal as money that has left the table
The gap between asking for a payout and processing is where many players cancel and play the balance again. Decide before you submit that the amount is gone from the casino.
